Year 7

The Key Stage 3 ICT Scheme of Work for Year 7 students follows the QCA national framework.  Each unit within this scheme will be assessed against National Curriculum guidelines.  Most pupils at HGS should gain a level 5b in each unit.  Some pupils will have progressed further and will gain a level 5a in some units.  Some pupils will not have made so much progress and will gain a level 5c in some units.  In some cases pupils will make exceptional progress and may be awarded a level 6 in some units.

Year 8
