Senior House Debates
The following are a selection of motions which have been used (or at least considered) in past Inter-House Senior Debating Competitions. Motions are usually controversial in some way, and are often topical.
- This house believes that the scientist is more valuable than the artist.
- This house believes that it is better that ten guilty persons escape than one innocent suffer.
