If you wish to join the 6th form at Heckmondwike Grammar School then please download the application form and return it Mrs S Minto at the address stated on the form.

A booklet containing all the subjects available to study in the Sixth Form is available. With subjects ranging from Maths to Performing Arts, there is plenty to choose from.

It is also possible to view the sixth form prospectus online.
