In year 10 Fitness is brought into the games curriculum, students are tested and working to improve their:
- Cardiovascular fitness
- Strength
- Speed
- Agility
- Flexibility
- Balance
- Co-ordination
- Muscular Endurance
The school also has a boxercise session for staff and students from year 10 upwards for an hour on a Thursday 4.00pm-5.00pm
