House Swimming

This years swimming gala was held on the 16th December 2011.

Our swimmers did houldsworth house proud, they swam with enthusiasm and were impeccably well behaved between events.

Special mention must be given to Katie Wilby in 7S who came first in her event.

Although we came fourth overall, I was still very happy and pleased with how the gala had gone. It was a brillant day and I shouted myself hoarse with excitement!

 I would like to thank Hannah Froggatt and Jade Holroyd who did a brillant job organising the team lists.

Thankyou also to year 8 girls, who took quite alot of persuading to take part. Some of the girls really didn't want to do it, but they did it for the house. Well done girls!
