HGS Huddersfield Coach Route
The coach route serving the Huddersfield area is outlined below. Slight adjustments may be made depending on the students who get on the coach each year. For students joining us in September 2026, instructions of how to sign up for this coach will be provided after national offer day.

Students using the Tetley’s service require passes which can be downloaded to a smartphone or printed off and scanned when boarding. The passes provide the ability to track passengers and know who is boarding and where. If your child uses the Tetley’s service, we can offer service alerts, vehicle tracking, and flexible payment options. If there is an issue with the service such as breakdown or lateness, we can send you a text message to keep you informed.
The School Bus Club

Travel for Sixth Form students
Students in HGS Sixth Form in full-time education are entitled to reduced bus and rail fares in West Yorkshire. The Metro 16-18 PhotoCard allows for half-fare bus and rail travel and is available to all 16-18 year olds who live in West Yorkshire.
