Getting your Exam Certificates
If you do not attend the Senior Prize Giving Ceremony at HGS, exam certificates (and any awards) will be available to collect from main school reception. If you wish to nominate a family member or friend to collect your certificates/award(s), please complete the Exam Certificate Collection Request Form.
You only need to complete a certificate collection form if you are nominating a family member or friend to collect on your behalf.
Exam Certificates from Previous YearsÂ
If you believe that HGS still holds your exam certificates from a previous exam season, please complete the Exam Certificate Collection Request Form.
Please note that we are only required to hold your certificates for 12 months after they have been awarded. After that, they may be confidentially disposed of following the guidelines laid out by JCQ and the awarding bodies.
Lost Certificates

Posting Certificates
If you are unable to arrange for someone to collect your certificates in person, we will post out certificates as a last resort.
Due to the costs involved in replacing lost exam certificates, we prefer to hand certificates over in person, but we can arrange to post the certificates in a stamped, self-addressed A4 envelope that you provide. Please complete the form below and post it in with your envelope for the attention of the Exams Office once you have had the email confirming that your certificates are ready for collection.
